AfterAgile™ Playbook License Terms

These License Terms (the “Terms”) govern your download and use of the AfterAgile™ Playbook (the “Playbook”) provided by Shannon Sieber (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By checking the agreement box and downloading the Playbook, you (“you” or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the Playbook.

1. Ownership

The Playbook and all of its contents, including its text, frameworks, models, methods, processes, tools, templates, diagrams, visuals, and the AfterAgile™ name, are the exclusive intellectual property of Shannon Sieber and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Shannon Sieber. All rights reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

2. Your License

Subject to these Terms, I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download one copy of the Playbook and use it solely for your own educational purposes as an individual who builds products. You are welcome to apply what you learn in your own work.

3. What You May Not Do

Without my prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, share, post, upload, or distribute the Playbook, in whole or in part, including on shared drives, wikis, intranets, or websites.

  • Sell, resell, rent, package, bundle, or otherwise commercialize the Playbook or its contents.

  • Rebrand or white-label the Playbook, remove or alter any copyright or trademark notice, or present the Playbook or its contents as your own.

  • Create derivative works, including adaptations, translations, courses, distributed summaries, or competing materials based on the Playbook.

  • Use the Playbook to teach, train, coach, or certify others, or to deliver workshops or paid services.

  • Input the Playbook into, or use it to train, fine-tune, or prompt, any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system, or extract its contents by automated means.

4. Trademarks and Attribution

AfterAgile™ and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Shannon Sieber. You may not use them in any product, service, company name, domain, or marketing without my written permission. When you reference the Playbook or quote a brief excerpt as permitted by law (for example, for commentary or review), you must credit “AfterAgile™ by Shannon Sieber” and link to shannonsieber.com where possible.

5. No Warranty

The Playbook is provided “as is” and “as available” for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice. I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, and I do not guarantee any particular results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Playbook. My total liability for any claim relating to the Playbook will not exceed the amount you paid for it, if any.

7. Termination

Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. When it ends, you must stop using the Playbook and delete all copies in your possession. Sections 1 and 3 through 11 survive termination.

8. Enforcement

Unauthorized use of the Playbook may violate copyright and trademark law. I reserve all rights and remedies available at law or in equity, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of reasonable legal fees where permitted.

9. Your Information

When you request the Playbook, I collect your name, email address, and company and role, and I record your agreement to these Terms. I use this information to deliver the Playbook, keep a record of your license, and send occasional AfterAgile™ updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you downloaded the Playbook applies to that copy.

11. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. My failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and me regarding the Playbook.
